N-Styl Construction Inc. (“N-Styl”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use nstyl.com and related services, in line with applicable Canadian privacy law including PIPEDA and Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25), as applicable.

2. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Identity and contact data you submit (name, email, phone) via contact or quote forms
- Technical data (IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP)
- Cookie and similar technology identifiers (see our Cookie Policy)
- Communications you send us by email, phone, or messaging platforms
- Public review or social interactions if you engage with our listings or pages
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to inquiries and provide quotes or project consultations
- Operate, secure, and improve our website
- Send transactional messages related to your request (for example, confirmation emails)
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms
- With your consent where required, measure advertising and analytics (including future Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Pixel)
- Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, spam, and security incidents
4. Email and processors (Brevo)
Inquiry and confirmation emails are sent through Brevo (Sendinblue) or a successor transactional email provider. Your name, email, phone, and message content may be processed on their servers under our instructions and their data-processing terms.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Advertising, analytics, and future tags
We may enable Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tags, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, and similar tools to understand traffic and measure campaigns. These technologies may set cookies or use device identifiers.
Non-essential marketing and analytics cookies load only after you consent via our cookie banner (or equivalent preference control), except where a limited legal basis otherwise applies.
You can withdraw consent anytime through the cookie settings link in the footer or by clearing site data in your browser.
6. Artificial intelligence and automated tools
Our on-site assistant is a rules-based FAQ helper. It does not send your chat content to third-party generative AI training systems as part of that widget.
If we later introduce AI features that process personal information, we will update this policy and, where required, obtain consent or provide notice before use.
We do not use contact-form submissions to train public generative AI models.
7. Security safeguards
We apply administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including HTTPS, input validation and rate limiting on public forms, HTML escaping for outbound email content, security response headers, access-restricted API keys, and provider-side protections on our hosting and email platforms.
No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Please avoid sending highly sensitive data (for example, government ID numbers or payment card data) through the website contact form.
8. Retention
We keep inquiry records only as long as needed for the purposes described, including follow-up on projects, legal claims, and accounting, then delete or anonymize them when no longer required, subject to longer retention where law requires.
9. Sharing and transfers
We may share information with service providers (hosting, email, analytics, advertising platforms) under contracts that limit use to our instructions; with professional advisors; or when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
Some providers may process data outside Quebec or Canada. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or other safeguards for cross-border transfers.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, withdraw consent where processing is consent-based, and file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
To exercise rights, email contact@nstyl.com with enough detail for us to verify and respond.
11. Children
Our website is directed to business and property professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14 (or the age required by local law).
12. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes notice of the revised policy where permitted by law.
