1. Informational website

Content on this site (services descriptions, project showcases, statistics, and marketing copy) is for general information. It does not constitute a binding offer, engineering advice, or a guarantee of price, schedule, or outcome until confirmed in a signed contract.

2. Quotes and project work

Submitting a form is a request for contact, not acceptance of a construction contract. Project scope, pricing, timelines, warranties, and insurance are governed solely by written agreements between you and N-Styl.

3. Acceptable use and security

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting unauthorized access, probing or scanning for vulnerabilities without written permission, introducing malware, overwhelming forms or APIs (spam, credential stuffing, denial-of-service), scraping in a way that impairs service, or submitting unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.

We may rate-limit, block, or report abusive traffic and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.

4. Intellectual property

Site design, branding, logos, text, photographs of our work, and graphics are owned by N-Styl or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or commercially reuse them without prior written consent, except for fair dealing / fair use as allowed by law.

Partner logos appear for identification of clients or collaborators and remain the property of their owners.

5. Third-party links and embeds

Maps, booking calendars, social networks, and review platforms are operated by third parties. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you leave our site or interact with their embeds.

6. AI and automated content

Some site experiences may use automated assistants or generated assets. Automated responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely on them as professional advice. Human staff remain the authority for project commitments.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, N-STYL DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, N-STYL AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR SITE-RELATED CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED CAD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) TO USE THE SITE IN THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. THESE LIMITS DO NOT EXCLUDE LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless N-Styl from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Montreal, Quebec shall have exclusive venue for disputes relating to the website, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.

For visitors in Ontario interacting primarily with our Toronto office, mandatory local consumer protections still apply where they cannot be contracted out.

11. Changes

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance where permitted.
